Course Curriculum Overview
Our course was somewhat short as the students of Doctorate of Medicine has to attend the hospital only for training purposes. In a week, there were very few lectures as mostly every student have to meet the patients and do the practical work in the laboratory the whole day.
Placement Experience
The job and placement interview moments were very crucial as the interviews came at the campus were highly qualified with many years of experience. Usually, after one year of internship students were able to get an excellent job with the high packages also some managed to get a government job.
College Events
As the lectures were minimal, we arranged several free general health checkups for the people who cannot pay the fees in villages. Also, the institute had an expert inaugural program where a guest from a relevant field is called for the student? motivation. Regional events are celebrated at the main campus or the auditorium.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees were the lowest as per my view as there were many facilities given by the institute in only 24,000 per year and for the rest two coming years 12,000 for each. It was very feasible for everyone and I paid the fees yearly.
Campus Life
Students enjoyed the campus life as there were very few lectures so, after the rotating shift, the groups gathered and played games at the gymnasium. Also, some did exercise and maintained physical health and there was a yoga day every weekend for the students as a part of their extracurricular activities. This institute had extra-ordinary lab facilities with almost every equipment.
Admission
I fulfilled all the admission criteria by giving the entrance exam and I had a bachelor? degree from one of the colleges affiliated with West Bengal University. Also, the application form was available at the campus admission department so I filled it and attached the relevant documents mentioned in the form and through this way, I got my confirmation letter for the further counseling process.
Faculty
Our faculty coordinator was from almost every department as we interacted with the faculty of almost every department as we were mostly in the hospital. Also, they were very keen to explain every aspect to do a practical approach and how to contact people and ask them about the situation.
