Course Curriculum Overview

i am studing here BCA , and The basic course curriculum of BCA, typically lays emphasis on database management systems, operating systems, software engineering, computer architecture, web technology and languages such as C, C++, HTML, Java etc.

Placement Experience

So far, I haven't received any internship, but our seniors have done an internship in companies at Technopark. Stipend offered is minimal. When I look at the work culture, the companies that visit are mainly from Technopark and also often include Infosys and UST Global.

Fee Structure And Facilities

this is a long term course of 3 years the fee structure of the course is 17,575 per semester and this is very feasible fee for the students , college take extra charges for their mess facilites for the students also

Campus Life

Our college holds about 4 events which are freshers day in which seniors welcome new admissions. Second is xmas celebration. Third is onam fest and at last most favorite of students youth festival in these are most expensive festivals we celebrate in our college the college spend their hold fund for these events

Admission

my college take admission on the basis of merit list as well as entranace exam , the students has to clear a simple entrance exam and this exam is subjective or objecetive., i submitted my all requried documents in the institute in admission time

Faculty

Faculty members are nice and cooperative. It is a bit awkward to be studying drag and drop features in a syllabus. The course curriculum is a bit obsolete as the syllabus is based on the 2013 scheme. The computer subjects still teach students programming based on Windows 95. Teachers are not mature enough.

Remarks:

I loved my department. But some of the management decisions made bad impacts on students and they hate the college. Faculties were good. As I already said 4 to 5 professors were so good in teaching and rest of them makes the learning experience a nightmare.
