A Blissful Year of Music

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is laid back yet systematic- there is one 55 minute class every week. We are taught the technicalities of the violin, the notes and other nitty gritties of playing the instrument well, but with an infusion of fun!

Placement Experience

3.5

Since it is a music school, there is no placement season or campussing as such. We have to apply to most jobs on our own, usually as music teachers in schools and colleges. But college does send out recommendations for us.

College Events

5

You can of course imagine that our whole year of training is jam-packed with performances, whether inside or outside college! All special events are celebrated throughout the year and we are invited all over Delhi NCR to perform at concerts.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is quite expensive, no doubt. But all of us have come here with a passion and we know this is the best place in Delhi to learn musical instruments from. The fee structure is quarterly. The total fee is Rs 44,000.

Campus Life

The college had all the facilities required for musical souls like us. Extra-curricular activity in our case is the same as the courses we study- music! There are ballet events and concerts with vocals and instruments almost every other day!

Admission

It is preferred that you apply after your graduation is complete. You can apply in your final year with all your original documents and Rs 500 application fee. Then the students will be selected on the basis of merit.

Faculty

4.5

We all gel very well with our professors. You know why? Because we all took the unusual path of following our passion of music into a profession. The professors understand our passion and try to help us achieve creative brilliance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is MSC operations research, which is a very vast and deep course. It goes deep into understanding business operations and providing the businesses with best quality steps. There were real life projects which have helped me alot in understanding difficult topics. If there could be more projects it would have been more helpful for studies. The exams level is moderate to difficult, have to study hard to perform good in tests/exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Campus placements are must here as we may not have higher degrees like other engineering college students. But we are younger and more enthusiastic and also we have the skillsets which has been taught to us at our college.
