Remarks

Nothing too negative to say about my college. I have personally had an amazing experience with the teaching staff and also the management staff of the college. The course curriculum is also very good and it meets the industry demands also.

Course Curriculum Overview

College offers Master of Science in Food Technology, Integrated M.Sc - Ph.D. Program (Nutrition Biology) with main focus Nutrition Biology area, particularly Food and Health/Disease. and for the Ph.D. Program, various specializations are Biochemistry/ Bioscience/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Food Science/Food Technology/Food Science & Nutrition/Chemistry.

Placement Experience

Research, Operation, Business Development, Marketing, IT, Food-Care are the main sectors where our seniors and also our alumni are currently working. Few companies are Infosys, Unilever, and also ITC which are all multinational brands with high reputation in the market

Fee Structure And Facilities

As the college is governed by the government, fee structure is divided into two categories: general/OBC and SC/ST. For general/OBC category students fees is Rs 24,000 per annum. For SC/ST category students fees is Rs 20,000 per annum.

Campus Life

The Cultural and technical fest organized by CFTRI is one of the best fest in neighboring colleges which is an annual fest held in the month of October or November and in this any student can participate from any other college

Admission

You must have completed your Graduation from a recognized college under University Grants Commission (UGC) in the field of Science /Agriculture / Engineering / Technology. Also you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the college itself.

Faculty is really good. Each course contain lecture and tutorial. Course contain some industry specific courses. And guest lecture are organised which are best and highly educated faculty. Faculty and all re highly qualified and had a great research experience in their respective fields.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Course Curriculum Overview:

Speaking of psychology and Criminology, hands on to their interactive classes with real life examples which makes learning more interesting, the department also held orientation programs and sessions for students. Speaking of English department they need to improvise the faculty for the English departmentm rest eveything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a bachelor of arts degree in criminology, psychology and english optional. The branches of criminology and psychology are upcoming in India in the present time. Course taught is revelant and in present. It is regularly updated. I chose tge course mainly due to criminology. Various aspects of the subject is covered in 6 semesters such as forensic, ballistics, cyber, laws, victimology etc. They do take us on field visits. There is one mid sem exam and one final exam. There is record work as well as assignments given at regular interval. The difficulty level is medium.

Remarks:

One of my relative's have LLB course from this college and now he is a very successful corporate lawyer, he had suggested me to get myself registered in this college and so i did. And on top of that this college is a reputated college and holds quite a good rank among the private colleges in India. I also want to become a successful lawyer hence i have chosen this course.
