Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is great and it does justice to its name. Over the period of six semesters, every important topic and need to know about this course is taught. The course has practical lectures in addition to theoretical ones.
Placement Experience
The college provides great many placement and job opportunities. Many good hotels like Taj, Oberoi, etc visit college for on-campus placements. So far many students have been placed at great jobs with good packages.
College Events
The college celebrates many culinary functions. Many sports festivals are also organized. Industry visits are also organized.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for the three years is ?1.17 LAKHS, ?1.09 LAKHS, ?1.21 LAKHS respectively making it the total of ?3.46 LAKHS for the whole year. The fee can be expensive for some but it is totally worth it.
Campus Life
The college has many labs and food testing, cooking competitions are held. Many other culinary competitions are held. The dorm parties are also held sometimes. Many other cultural programs are held.
Hostel Facilities
The college provides hostel facility to both boys and girls. The hostel rooms are assigned year wise and the food is particularly nice and tasty. Hygiene is one of the priorities including the security as well.
Admission
The admission to college is done on the basis of entrance test. The candidate must have passed the 10+2 with good marks from any recognized board and must have English as a compulsory subject. The admission to college is done based on HM-CET and the student with good marks get a direct ticket to college.
Faculty
The faculty is highly experienced. They have hands on experience from hotels, cruise extra and their experience is reflected the way they teach. They are very helpful and the the classes are interactive.
