Remarks

It is a great institution for those who wants to expand their genre of nutrition. It offers a vast knowledge about the food culture and the nutritional requirements of the society. It offers us practical experience with an assured job prospect.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is built for two years. It focuses on providing education based on the nutrition which is essential for the functioning of the body. It provides opportunity to carry out the research in the given field and then students can eliminate the problem of malnutrition based on the research.

As the country is working immensely towards the healthy lifestyle of the citizens, this course has emerged as an important tool to conduct researches. Therefore, there are ample of employment opportunities available in the food industry.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is inexpensive and can be afforded easily. The charge for the two year course is 78,000 INR. It can be paid in the two academic years. The first year's amount to be paid is 48,000 INR and the second year's amount is 30,000 INR.

Campus Life

The campus is equipped with latest technology to carry out the research program. There are research labs and the library for the references. The workshops and seminars are conducted which comprises of lectures from the eminent lecturers.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network stays in contact with the institute as they are always involved in planning research program for the recent batches. We have a good seniors who are well behaved and are very talented.

Admission

A student must hold a bachelor's degree in B.Sc related to nutrition or MBBS degree. Then we have to appear for an entrance exam namely AP-PGMET. The scores of the entrance exam decides the way for the interview. I was shortlisted and was called for the counselling. Finally, i enrolled myself for the course.

Faculty

The faculty members are highly reputed as they are the government employees working in the health sector of the economy. They are the policymakers of the government who tries to eradicate the problem of malnutrition from the different sections of the society.

Very few students get placed every year. The highest package is 380000, and the average package is 450000. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. My plans are going to foreign for further education.

Remarks:

State of art campus and well experienced faculty with good placements. Our college gives us the opportunity of learning almost everything you like be it finance,be it Graphic design you can bey much attend whichever class you want. most importantly there is no attendence and the lectures are recorded.

Entrance Preview:

Entrance is based on your entrance examination which CAT, it was a full year of preparation to score more than 97% to be with the best students from India. And as i said, hard work paid off, can't ask for anything else.my father wanted me to study in this college so basically i choose this college.

After the completion of bsc i was too excited to do applied Nutrition in Nin.. brother can you please tell me how to get admission in clg and what was life after completion of MSC nutrition. How can we get jobs based on msc nutrition.

If you have completed a B.Sc Nutrition and Dietician program from a recognized university, you are eligible to apply for admission in the M.Sc Applied Nutrition program of NIN Hyderabad. Admission is offered based on the merit of the AP PGMET and counseling. The institute offers internships and has a good placement record for M.Sc Applied Nutrition graduates. Over 70% of students gets recruited through the placement programs organized by the Placement Cell of the institute.
