Appreciation would be about the Nature of education nd periodic enrichment and need improvement in exam evaluation and conduct
With diversity of students nd approaches , social harmony could be seen
Both manual and digital education can be witnessed nd faculty experience was to the need

Dislikes

Overemphasis on theory than empirical needs.
Less female ratio and improper infrastructure
Sitting arrangement can be modernised along with stationary

Course Curriculum Overview

Emphasis on history economics and public adminstration and importance to language The curriculum emphasizes on theory which could be of less use but could help in further education like pg Frequency of exam was 6months nd moderation was choosen on framing question

Internships Opportunities

TCS , government internship via pm internship programme is best advised The stipend would be 6000 initially and an 5000 per month by government nd 500 by industry Major project would be around digital sphere

Admission

I only applied for Osmania University for its highest preference in the state of Telangana Kakatiya University has 2nd preference but Osmania is known for it's educational standards nd historical background Admission process would be based on application

Faculty

The faculty ratio would be around 1:50 and relationship was friendly and welcoming.telugu and history faculty were good because of there teaching style .economic faculty could improve there standard.there would be 6 sems failure rate is low ,curriculum was good

Night Life

The campus had All the facilities like gym,cafeteria, library,garden The closing time would be 7pm nd outsiders were strictly not allowed with cctv facility Hangout places would be the parks nd gardens around the campus nd campus building itself is the sweet spot

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
