Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well defined and structured according to UGC guidelines. Semester-wise examination process is adopted. In practice, the exams are conducted twice a year, called the odd semester exam and the even semester exam.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities for distance learning students to manage and manage their placements and internships are rare. I applied to a lot of companies, and in my efforts, I found a place in good company. When it comes to internships, I tried my best to get an internship opportunity at NTPC.
Fee Structure And Facilities
University fees are slightly higher compared to other distance learning universities. The cost for my course is 1 Lakhs for the three-year program. At the time of admission, you will have to submit approximately Rs 33,000, including fees and other charges. Exam fees must be paid separately at the beginning of each semester.
Campus Life
Since I am a distance learning student, I don't know much about extracurricular activities. I know that there are many extracurricular activities and various clubs for students enrolled in regular programs. Turning to infrastructure, I can tell you that the local center where I can study is perfect.
Admission
I filled out the application form for the B.Com program at the Center for Distance Learning at the University of Punjab and submitted all the required documents. After checking my records, I got access to the program. Since I want to do a Masters Degree in the domain, I chose the B.Com program at the university.
Faculty
The faculty of the local center where I was studying was outstanding. They are teachers who teach students in a full-time day-to-day program. They focus on educating us on the basics of accounting, taxation, auditing, etc. so that we get to the core of things and not try to remember things.
