Entrance Preview

CAT 98.21 .I prepared For almost a year to crack and was eventually successfuli. I got wht I want to do in my life.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was perfect blend of theory and case study modules, which ultimately served it purpose. It was excellent. Theory paper were exhaustive bt eventuality proved beneficial.

Internships Opportunities

It was kind of new to everyone bt ultimately proved to Be beneficial for everybody. It confronted us with outside world realities. They made us realistic.

Placement Experience

Lot of companies were on placement list including from software to marketing firms and some core companies. They offered a very good package and and had a promising feature.

College Events

Utkarm, the cultural fest was just scintillating. Apart from that college tech fest were great. Its was yearly pgogram to relieve student from exhausting curriculum on the same time learn something new.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I havnt availed it. So I don't have any idea about the scholarships. BT navy were there who have avialed it.

Campus Life

Campus life was Mind blowing. Coffee and snacks were available through all night and it were almost full at every hour. University library remained open for all the night and day.

Faculty

The faculty was excellent having vast teaching and practical experience. They use to connect dots as it were on the same line. They were very professional.

Is XIME kochi worth joining to pursue PGDM?

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

DCSMAT main are there clubs and activities the main function they conduct is luminance which improves the students to showcase their talent in front of all the people. Negatives are the climate in Vagamon is very cold and rainy.

I have only applied to CUSAT, we i was not able to get admission there i would choose to work in a company. It was just a try from my side, but it actually worked out. For MTech, GATE qualifiers can direclty get the admission without any other exams. They can also avail monthly stipent of around Rs 10000. Other exam for admission is DAT exam which is conducted by the respective department of the course. I have taken the DAT exam under the Department of Statistics , where this MTech Data Science and Analytics is present. The eligibility includes BTech or MSc. Cutoff is majorly based on the number of students writing the exams and the number of seats. So cutoffs can vary. Students are selected based on the DAT ranklist. Spot admission is conducted for the remaining seats. There is also a least chance for students who didnt write the DAT Exam can also get the admission at the 2nd or 3rd spot admissions....Read More
