Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum revolves around a good focused study on the subject with various lab works and workshops which provide hands on experience on the subject too. There are yearly exams held after each session.

The are various placement programs held in the college premises. There are various companies providing various internships. On performing well in that, you might crack yourself a job with the company.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is quite feasible with 50000 charged every year for each session. The fee structure sums up to 150,000 for the whole course in this college and it is quite affordable. It is not that expensive in comparison.

Campus Life

The college holds various extra curricular activities such as cultural programs and sports events on a competitive basis. They are strict no ragging policies followed in the college and there is zero tolerance against discrimination on any basis.

Admission

You have to go through the admission process to get into the college. You are first selected on the basis of your merit and then called for an interview with the panel. On clearing the interview, you are offered your position.

Placement Experience:

there's practice school option in semester 4 which allows students to go to corporate company and work as an intern, giving students exposure to work experience. this can lead to a FTE placement as well. Maintaining 8+ GPA is very important in getting placed. I plan to get placed and work in AI roles.

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

Bits Goa good or not

Placement Experience:

There is a dept for placements. 70 to 80 percent people get placed woth average package of 20 lakhs per annum. Mostly ot depends on interviews and how good internship you get in 3rd year. Cg plays a very imp role too.

Bits goa brief review

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good because we have two compulsory internships called practice school to make us industry ready after the second year summer for 2 months and one semester in the 4th or 5th year placements start since 7th semester itself were most get offers in PPO thright the internships. 248 companies visited along with 631 students placed the average is 2083000 and median is 1650000. 76 percent of students got placed highest was 80lpa. I plan to get a job
