College Management is just average, I should say. Some of the people in the organization are very laid back and enjoying their govt. jobs. They don't give a damn to anyone else. But on the other hand, some are making every penny count.

Exam AIEEE Score AIR - 18000, State Rank - 694 (Haryana)This is a state college and one of the best for B.Tech in Haryana after NIT, Kurukshetra.

The course curriculum included all the important CS subjects such as C, C++, Artificial Intelligence, DBMS, Java, Algorithms etc. Overall, the curriculum is very competitive and most of the faculty members teach very good but there are some not so good faculty members in the lot as well, in that case it mostly depends on students to self study and go deep in the subject if they are interested.

There was not a mandatory internship at the time of my graduation. Although the college offered a two months internship both after second and third year during the break. The students who took it had an average experience and there was no stipend offered.

Placements are very good, mainly due to the college's reputation. This college has a good tie up/relation with TCS, which offers jobs to around 60% of the total graduates including 80%+ from computer science alone. Mechanical engineering students also get placed in renowned companies.

Apart from some small level events round the year, there were two fixed events at the college level -Technical fest - TechnovaCultural fest - RhythmSome other regional level and state level colleges also use to participate in these events, these events were grand generally.

Very feasible. Whole B.tech costed me somewhere around 2.5 - 4 Lacs. Being a state govt. college, the fees charged was very reasonable. Mess and hostel charges were minimal.

With the given fees structure for this college, it is very affordable. So, you dont generally need to go for a loan. But being a govt. college, it offers some scholarships and funds to sc/st , bc and other category students.

Alumni network is not very strong from what I have seen. But I have seen some efforts from the college management to reunite alumni and make a strong association.

It was chilled out. there were two semesters per year and exam occurred at the end of each semester. There were also sessional/tests happening every semester.

Overall, a decent bunch of folks. Some of them were exceptional and had a 20+ years of experience in their respective field. But a very few of them had a limited knowledge of the subject they were teaching.
