PAPAI's Review On Nanaji Deshmukh Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur

My experience with the college has been quite good till now. It offers research based studies in my course which helps to expand my bandwidth of knowledge. It also aims in expanding these sciences to rural population with the cooperation from the government. It is a good college one can go for veterinary studies.

It follows a course structure which is extensively designed to impart practical as well as theoretical knowledge. Exams are conducted at the end of every semester and internal evaluation is done regularly through various assignments and projects.

Placement cell of the college is good and they bring different companies to the college. Students who have scored good across all the semesters have a higher chance of qualifying for the placement. Moreover I can't comment more on this as i will be facing the placement challenge next year.

The fee is to be paid at the beginning of the every year. It is not expensive and can be afforded by the majority of the students. The total fee which is to be paid is 1.65 lakhs. First year's amount is 44,448, second year's 40,320, third year's 40,320 and the fourth year's 39.620.

The college has indoor games like badminton, tennis, chess etc. whereas playgrounds for cricket, football etc. It has teaching veterinary clinical complex for treatment of animals. It also provides entrepreneurial training to the students.

It considers the marks of state level entrance examination (pre-veterinary and fishery test) conducted by the M.P. professional examination board, Bhopal. I qualified for the merit list and was asked to report in the college to the Dean along with the parents. I was admitted to the college with the payment of fees after the counselling was done.

I genuinely liked the teaching practices of the faculty members. Majority of them holds a doctorate degree in their respective subjects. They break down every chapter into simplest form and explain it slowly and with interesting examples.
