Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is perfect here in my college. The faculty here is well educated and has a high educational knowledge and are friendly too. They explain the most complex concepts in a very easy and understandable way. My college also focusses on my professional development as well.

Placement Experience

Being a degree college the college does not offer very good placement according to me. For programs like B.Sc. students can look for online opportunities and internships because college does not conduct any internship programs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible and does not offer any burden to a normal middle class family. The fees for B.Sc is around 3000 INR per year . The college also offers scholarships to the students belonging to socially backward class.

Campus Life

The college offers various opportunities to the sports and extra curricular skills. The college offers very cool environment for both boys and girls . The college has its own playground and various sports activities are organized every year .

Admission

The college offers admission on the basis of marks secured in class 12th examination . A merit list is prepared and students are offered courses according to their marks. For application form you can visit the college official website .

The faculty in my college have all their separate cabins where they are always available in their free time. Also their is a social media handle of our college where students can ask their doubts and the faculty reply soon and try to clear the doubts.

Placement Experience:

I'm not sure but I think from 3rd year we will be eligible for placements. There are many finance companies, banks like HDFC, SBI, Canara,etc... & companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Deloitte, PWC,etc.... The highest package last year was like 9.64 LPA & in the year before it was 10 LPA while the average is around 2-2.5 LPA. Around 20% of the total strength gets placement. Even only few % of the total strength applies for the placements. My plan is to take a placement if I can or if not then off campusing and then gather work experience & do MBA later which will give me very benifits.

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

The hustles and joys of a college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because of the Media and the lab facility, and my desire to understand the entire course in journalism and mass communication. The course that I took gave a bit more theoretical aspects rather than the practical ones. The practical ones were a bit less compared to theory ones. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to encourage more assignments and provide more internship facilities to the students. The frequency of the exams for me was okay, and it was moderate, not difficult.

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.
