Equipped with cutting edge modern facilities, the campus is truly top class in its outlook and infrastructure. Everything about the college is phenomenal and astounding with the best facilities a college can offer.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course consists of core humanities subjects such as Sociology, Political Science and Legal history for graduation under BA.LL. B course. The course helps in developing one? skill of presenting his argument in front of the others as well as helps to interpret the pre-defined laws in the most efficient way with a political and historical touch in it.

Our students collaborate with various prestigious companies and firms to work with them for a specified time period to gain an exposure and an experience of learning. SVKM? NMIMS School of Law welcomes companies and firms on campus to offer the students with internships and final placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the course is 5 lakh for 5 years which can be paid on a yearly basis that is 1 lakh a year. The fees is quite expensive but the facilities that the college offers the students demands such a fee.

Campus Life

The college offers world class infrastructure at par with Ivy-League Colleges. The college has aLibrary including e-journals and access to global research paper publications and journals, Computer lab, Language lab, Cafeteria, Yoga room, Music room, Gymnasium and Sports facilities. From auditorium to canteen, everything is amazing and elegant. Travan, Pralabhya, National Moot Court, Intra college debate, intra moot court are some of the events celebrated throughout the year.

Hostel Facilities

The infrastructure of the campus is amazing. Navi Mumbai campus is huge with all new furniture everything from the. The hostel provides almost everything including Wi-Fi, microwave, washing machine. The canteen provides average food tho.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni of the college are working at top notch and great firms today. The are all successful and doing well in their careers and are placed in the best of the companies. The seniors are quite nice and friendly and look after the juniors.

Admission

The eligibility criteria to gain admission in the college is 10+2 with minimum marks of 50% + CLAT or LSAT score. Admission is primarily on the basis of the above mentioned. The college will release a merit list and your name will appear on it depending on your score and marks.

The faculty of the college is well-trained and dutiful in their area of expertise. The professors are always approachable for the students of the college. The teaching is executed very well and land everyone is humble and obliging.

Placement Experience:

We have a dedicated placement committee. The average package is 10-15 lakhs and the highest is 24 lakhs. The lowest go to 8-10 lakhs. The placement rate is around 96%. All the top firms like AZB, Cyril Amarchand, Trilegal, etc come to our college. I am going to prepare the Solicitors exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

Placement Experience:

The college is known for campus placements in every sector especially corporate and practices at the Hon'ble High Courts and the apex Supreme Court of India. Many also opt for going into the judiciary and become High Courts and Supreme Judges. Many legal luminaries and stalwarts including former Chief Justice of India Y.V. Chandrachud and late Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh are an alumnus of the college. The companies usually come for recruitment in the final year of the course i.e, the 3rd year or the sixth semester to be eligible for placements. The college also provides pre-placement training. Law students are not recruited to placements, they enhance their skills participating in national and international moot courts, arbitration and mediation competitions across the globe. Various law firms which visit are Khaitan and Co., Mindtree, Mulla and Craig and many other reputed organizations. The highest placement is around 13 LPA. 70% placements.
