Remarks

Placements are better than other government and well-known colleges. The infrastructure is good. The library is also rich in books.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of Computer Science is foundational to come up with the industry needs. Faculty members are well educated and knowledgeable persons.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Various companies along with MNCs like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, etc are visiting for placements. There are some small scale companies also. The offers made are almost 50 to 60% of these companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is around 80000 Rs. per year you have to pay. Scholarships are also available. Financial assistance is also there for capable students who are from economically weak backgrounds.

Campus Life

The annual gathering is held in February month. Also, various technical events on state and national levels are also arranged. In the library, there is a rich set of books and journals. College also held various sports on campus and many students are grabbing victories on various levels. Also, there are various clubs or associations run by students and for the students on the departmental level.

One of the best college in Mumbai

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . The highest package was 16 LPA and the avg is 4.37 LPA , placement percentage is 74% . I am planning to opt for MBA after BTECH

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.
