Remarks
Eligibility was 50% for the general category, and 45% for OBC and other categories. The application form was available at mht.dte.org.MHT CET was conducted by the Maharashtra government for engineering college admission. My college cut off was 120/200 and different colleges had different cut-offs.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. The student ratio for the mechanical branch was 10:90 for females: to males. the faculty usually was M.TECH and was pursuing PhD. term exams were 8 in total for 4 years. it used to be 2 semesters per year for 4 years
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities were maximum for the mechanical branch. then IT was 2nd number and then other branches. the internship opportunities used to come from manufacturing and sales and it used to be Quality testing
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees were 60,000 for the general category as I was from the general category. there was no financial assistance provided by the college. l took a loan from the bank of India. There was no scholarship for the general category. and the hike was 10% of the fees every year
Campus Life
Life on campus was very cool. my college is situated at the hill station. so the environment used to be very good. the college had an annual sports competition every year and a tech-fest for every department was also there. the mechanical branch had the MESA community which was the mechanical engineers student association
