Course Curriculum Overview

My course included subjects like English, sociology, history, economics, psychology and some elective subjects. The course was of 3 years which had to be completed in 6 semesters. The college holds internals, viva and semester exams.

Placement Experience

Our institute does not offer placements but has a training and placement cell which helps students to choose right career. They make the students industry ready by conducting pre-placement training sessions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fee structure was low as it costed me Rs. 4,518 for first year and we had to pay Rs. 2,798 for second and third year individually. The entire BA course was completed in approximately Rs.11,000 for three years.

Campus Life

Students always remained excited for their institute?s extracurricular activities. Numerous cultural programs, sports meet were conducted regularly and every national and major day was celebrated with warmth and zeal.

Admission

I applied for this college online after my 10+2 result was declared. I submitted application form through college?s official website and paid the application fee. I filled the required information and waited for the results to be out. I was among the students who were selected on the merit basis.

Faculty members are worth remembering. They were trained in their subjects and showed great interest in their subject matter. They establish a task-oriented classroom climate and delivered well-structured and well organized lesson. They offered expert advice to every student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.
