Course Curriculum Overview
Industrial visits are offered in every semester. The course curriculum is satisfactory. Each contains four modules. Each semester consists of three exams. The curriculum and the level of question pattern are very high.
Placement Experience
Placements happen, good companies come and give good packages. We get jobs according to our ranks. Most of the PSUs come from India. There is also job security as compared to a person who is working in the other sectors.
College Events
All the activities are conducted in the institute. The annual festivals are amazing and full of entertainment. They organise competitions, and many students participate. The organisation of the event depend upon the head of the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are average and can be paid by any student. The total tuition fees for the first year is ?6015, and for second year is ?5240. The total fees for the two year course is ?11,255 which is not too high.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the college is quite nice. The college offers a great environment. Classrooms are very clean and comfortable. The library is also nice. The library offers a peaceful environment, and it is the best. Activities like outdoor sports are also provided.
Hostel Facilities
The university has 7 accomodation facility as it is a distance learning institute. Hostel rooms are good and whitewashed. There are also attached tv rooms and reading rooms with every hostel. There is also one central library their.
Admission
The institute offers various courses and programs to choose from. The application forms are available on the University's website by MU IDOL. Selection is carried out on the basis of scores you get in the last qualifying examination.
Faculty
Teachers are very helpful and highly knowledgeable as per my experience, they help students in best possible way they can. Master of commerce from the Institute of Distance and Open-Learning is good as one needs to give only 2 annual exams for Part-1 and Part-2 respectively. One can study at home on their own and write exams in the college.
