Best B-school in Delhi - IMM

The PDGM course is a 2 year course out of which one year is general management studies and the final year includes specialisation subjects. The curriculum was very thought out and concise. The subjects were very relevant and cohesive to the whole course structure. Evaluation was done on the basis of internal and external examinations which made a total of 100 marks.

IMM gives very lucrative placement opportunities. Companies like Godrej, ICICI, Infosys came to recruit from our college. I was selected by Hyundai on a package of 8 lakhs. The highest package was close to 15 lakhs.

IMM celebrates all festivals. Being a college in the nation's capital, IMM has students coming from all around India. To maintain an inclusive environment a lot of cultural events are held in the college during festivals like Holi, Diwali, Dushhera etc.

The PGDM course is average when in comes to being expensive. My first year fees was 4.5 lakhs and my second year fees was 3 lakhs bringing it to a total of 7.5 lakhs. Considering the fee structure of b-schools in India, IMM is fairly inexpensive.

There were a lot of extracurricular clubs that students could join to such as photography club, dramatics club, sports club etc. NCC, NSS, were also a part of the college's extracurricular activities. Our annual college fest was also quite fancy with band performances, fashion shows and cultural events.

IMM has a well constructed hostel facility. The hostels for boys and girls are different with proper facilities and security. The hostel fee is approximately 10,000-15,000 INR a year and this does not include food.

Admission process of IMM is very routine. All you have to do is just fill up the online form with the required documents. You will require a bachelor degree in any stream as well as a valid CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT score. I scored a 66% in graduation and 78%ile in CAT. However, the final selection depends on the GD and interview.

The faculty of IMM is very helpful and resourceful. They have years of teaching and well as corporate experience. I was lucky to be able to study under such mentors who were extremely approachable and helped us throughout the years.
