Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very sorted and pretty easy. All the subjects were supported with a ppt and this made learning very easy as we didn't had to dot down notes every time and could focus of subject.

Placement Experience

Placements in the college start from December last. Any company which is visiting the campus shares the profile of the company and the job description with the candidates and then the student can apply accordingly.

College Events

There are a variety of college events that take place in our college and we are always excited to be a part of the college events. We have sports and cultural events where students from other colleges also participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of our course comes under affordable category and the students who are taking financial aid can pay off their debts easily within few months as the fees accounts to be around 12,000 for three years.

Campus Life

There are number of workshops and visits which help us to be motivated and achieve more as they are really helpful in achieving new things. The management keeps organising these visits quite frequently.

Admission

B.com is a course that opens a lot of opportunities for you and Nabagram Hiralal Paul College is known to provide best knowledge in this course. For admission, I had simply filled the college admission form with my 12th class score card.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is not very friendly and is strict as well. The students who didn't submit or answer well in the class were not allowed to enter the class. The staff members give us an idea about the project but detailing is to be done ourselves.

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.
