Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is in accordance with the guidelines laid by the MCI and includes all the recent development done in the medical field. We have theory labs, dissection and the regular lab work which is really hectic.

Placement Experience

The placements and internships are not an issue as the college itself provides compulsory rotatory internship giving a stipend of 20,000 per month which is so cool. The internship and posting in the hospital is great learning experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee could be an issue if the student gets into through the management quota as then the entire MBBS will cost about 64 lakhs which is a large amount and not everyone could afford but otherwise the government seat has a gee of about 1.8 lakhs.

Campus Life

The college has a large campus with a really big hospital attached. We have a good cafeteria, hostel for both girls and boys in available on campus with a minimum cost and also the overall college culture is nice and friendly.

Admission

I appeared for the NEEt entrance as it is the only admission criteria to take admission in this college. The college prepares merit list post which the college calls the students for the counseling and documentation.

The faculty are merit holder doctors that are really interested to teach us and are really supportive. They deal with every student in a calm way and make it a point to personally interact with us to make us feel comfortable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.
