Course Curriculum Overview

4

In my opinion, the course curriculum was easy and understandable. Some might disagree, but everyone perceives things differently. Exam schedule and timings were okay like they gave us enough time to study for the next exam.

Placement Experience

4

The placement opportunities were not that great for us, honestly. I once heard Tata Motors came in to conduct interviews but never saw it. Placement was crucial time for us but we didn't have any campus placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I'd say the fees was pretty feasible. My one year fees was ?1,800. B.com. courses are generally cheap and affordable in other colleges too. ?5,500 for 3 years, and I was done with a degree. Almost everyone of us could afford it.

Campus Life

4

We had several events all round the year. Like celebrating festivals together. We would welcome freshers through a party, and bid goodbye to seniors at their farewell. It was nice studying here and seeing myself improve.

Admission

This isn't going to sound good but I dudny want to be pressurized in college like school. I just wanted to have have fun. My friends and I decided that we would study B.Com. because it's an easy course. And so, here we are.

Faculty

4

I personally feel that the faculty loved us like their own children. The principal, the professors and the assistants were too kind. It was great pleasure studying here, receiving all the knowledge they had to impart to us.

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement is a race here. Handfull of good companies with good roles will come but they take good chunk of students. So be prepare for that and don't worry about getting good companies, here many companies offers better packages than those good companies.
