Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the course focuses on teaching us various nuances of the business field, with most of the attention of accounts and finance. A field imperatively important in today's business world.

Placement Experience

Placement and Internship opportunities are less than par. It being a distant education centre, one can't expect much in the internship and placement opportunities as it is. Students have to look for their own internships, and the placement opportunities are also seldom.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible for everyone. With the total fee being Rs. 19,215 as Rs. 6405 being the fee per year. One can expect the fee to be lower in a distant learning institution, and the institution is one of them.

Campus Life

There are no such extra curricular activities, mostly because they are not possible in such an institution. One has to understand that the main objective of the institute is to provide quality education without the barrier of distance and it does a great job in it

Admission

The admission procedure for the Undergraduate courses is done on the basis of a qualifying merit test. For the undergraduate courses, it is offline. The forms can be filled in an online as well as offline mode.

Placement Experience:

no campus placement is offered to students but the students got internship program for 10 days to experience real life. as campus placement is not happening so after completing graduation i am doing mba for that i have to give entrance test of cat and get into govt iim college to pursue further studies. along with graduation i am doing chartered accoutancy course so if i passed my ca intermediate in may25. then i go for this course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I Chose MBBS by my choice The more the practical and clinicals u perform the better u understand things rather than books . Real life experience is important I think what should be improved is that focus should be more on things that are more important for being a doctor. More towards clinical aspects more towards practical performance and less on things needed to cram Timing for exam of 80 mark is 3 hrs and is quite good enough time. 20 marks are of mcqs so total 100 mark.

A Good College Even though the college life seems like a fairy-tale to you, it is not. There are so many things that you have to be careful about when you are visiting a college and checking out its ambience. Don’t get influenced by the clean campuses that most of the colleges have; they purposely do it so that people like you get attracted to their appearance and join their team. If you don’t want to waste your hard earned money on the fees of the wrong college which spoils your fairy-tale dream, you might want to take admission in a college that’s good enough for students like you.

My experience at Directorate of distance education, University of Jammu

The Directorate has proper infrastructure in the form of halls for Personal Contact Programme (PCP), seminar presentation, viva-voce and counseling sessions. Directorate of Distance Education has also established a network of UG Learners Support Centres at Rajouri, Kathua, Udhampur, Bhaderwah, Poonch, Doda, Kishtwar to ensure effective academic and administrative support to distance learners.
