Remarks

The government Hospital was well equipped with all the basic and latest technology. The teachers were well known and few of the best doctors from India, the exposure provided was very unique. The campus was ragging free and was very friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course is four years along with the study and the last 5th year is the Internship here where we need to practise or medicine. The curriculum is tough but worth for those who want to become a medical professional. The university conducts regular examinations including internals and externals and the internship year is only for the practice of the learned medicine.

Placement Experience

4

The college gave the best education with the minimal amount, after completing the graduation and internship practice, the placements were open and we could fill the entrance examinations to work either at the college hospital or other hospitals. The scope is very high for MBBS student, although it is recommended to study further.

College Events

3.5

The college used to host every event including all the cultural festivals, annual day functions, sports Day events. At the sports day event various departments used to compete with each other and the students got the chance to relax, the annual day let us to showcase our multi-talents and feel stressed free from the daily schedule.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The first year fees was around Rs.15,000 approximately which included the security deposit and it could be submitted in the form of demand draft or card payments. For the rest of the years the fees was around Rs.10,000 approximately, which was very less and feasible as this was a government College.

Campus Life

3.5

The college had an old infrastructure but it was nicely constructed with spacious playgrounds, there was a separate hospital running where we could do the internship, the labs were equipped with all the up-to-date equipment which were all government-sponsored. We used to operate all the latest technology which was used at the government hospitals, the dispensaries and chemist shops were loaded with all the basic drugs and medicines. Overall the college environment was very safe and secure.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

There were two separate hostels for boys and girls and the hostels had all the basic facilities including neat and clean washrooms, the rooms what equipped with a bed, a cupboard and a study table. The food was served at the canteen mess with disciplined timings and it was healthy and delicious. Overall the hostel environment was very safe and secure for the students as well as the staff.

Alumni/Alumna

There was no official alumni meet but many of our graduate doctors were working at the college hospital and they used to guide us along the curriculum. All were very humble and helpful with the polite attitude. We didn?t have any official party organised for the seniors.

Admission

After clearing the NEET entrance examinations along with the 10+2 I applied to the college through their official website where the application form was available and based on my NEET score I was enrolled for the MBBS course. The interview session was conducted to verify my details and knowledge and I confirmed my admission by submitting the first year fees.

Faculty

5

All the teachers were well known and recognised doctors of the university and the hospital. They were all well educated and had majors in their respective fields. All of the senior doctors and teacher doctors were very helpful and humble, they used to provide us their experiences and let us feel at ease.

Placement Experience:

In my college, on campus placement opportunitiesd for core biotechnology and life science fields were quite limited, While there were placement drives conducted during the final year, the majority of companies that visited were from IT, customer support, and non-core sectors, which weren't directly relevant to the field of biotechnology.
