Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course that I am studying here is MBBS which is quite hectic in almost all over India. This is because they have too much of syllabus to be covered in such a short period of time which is quite stressful.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Well, after the completion of the course, which is a 4.5 years course, we can apply for internship in the same college hospital or in other hospitals as well. Since I'm in first year right now I don't know the details of it yet.

Fees and Financial Aid

Well, the fee structure over here is quite reasonable as it is because of being a government college. But yeah, they do sometimes charge a little amount every now and then just for their "maintainence" that they call.

Campus Life

4

The infrastructure is quite good over here and they have decent facilities. The one thing that brought my interest was that they had their own research lab which is quite cool if u ask me. They have high tech stuffs over there.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

The hostel (boys) that I'm currently staying right now is not quite so good. The faculties over here is so poor and so is the infrastructure. You have problems here with water and electricity supplies frequently and the food over here is poor to the core.

Admission

I joined this college via writing the entrance exam that we know as National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam (NEET). The admission process is simple and easy and straightforward in the site which can be done by anyone.

Faculty

4

The faculties over here are so good and helpful that they try their level best to solve our problems. Some of them are of course strict but just for our own sake for our betterment. Overall they are pretty good

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college strictly follows NMC rules and which is a very good thing as it helps us prepare for both theory and practical as theory give u the vast knowledge and practical allows us to imply what we learnt and also after the new rules of introducing histology we can also apply the idea of more creativity in a field a lot of creativity is yet to be unfolded they also cover important aspects through regular workshops and educate us with guest lectures from other colleges the important improvement which should be done is having the patience to teach a. Crowd of 250 which teachers should undergo special 2-3 classes to make sure they know what they teach is being reached out to everyone the timing of exam and everything is on time theh give us enough time to prepare and get ready
