This college has a fantastic infrastructure and facilities like labs utility rooms etc campus is very clean. There are different ways to get admitted to this college like kcet Comedk and management quota I choose this college because it is one of the most prestigious institutions in Karnataka and it focuses on around development I used merit official website to get more information about the college

Course Curriculum Overview

I have a passion for this course and that was the only reason to choose this Every department has its own teachers and teachers are well versed in their fields they have done their Ph.D. and they are well blunt with strict and friendly nature Exams like internals are tough and final exams are moderate difficult so you should work hard here.

There are many government companies such as HAL NAL ISRO You can also take private companies such as infosys Accenture etc Projects are based on your choice of topic you should publish a paper and give presentations and technical seminars on your topic

From 6th semester you can attend interviews for placements I can not name companies because there are more than 100 companies visiting college and almost 70 percent get placed in one or the other company The highest package was offered for a computer science department student for 56 lacks And the average package is around 6lacks per anum

Fees hike policy is as per government and vtu guidelines that is every year it would be 10 percent College management will help you to apply for different scholarships like NSP etc

Our annual fest name is mood if I go which is one of the best in India which is conducted around April and it is a lot of fun. Our college has both department library for each department and main library The library is the best resource place and you can get any kind of books Every year you can participate in different college sports meets, you can also participate in VTU sports fests There are many social groups and clubs run here like NSS NCC etc

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year
