Course Curriculum Overview :

The staff provides a wonderful environment for students to study. labs are well equipped with efficient lab staffs. The college is under the university of KTU. there are two internal exams conducted by the college and one university exam conducted by the university in a semester.

Placement Experience :

For 2020 passing out batch, 314 offers as on March 2020 and still counting. many students have more than one job offer.

College Events :

tech fest - Vyapti,TEDX MITS, MITS MUN,Arts fest,sports meet,cultural day are only a few among the list. There are plenty of avenues to showcase your curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular talent. we have created a magnificent infrastructure, comprising of well-equipped laboratories, libraries, classrooms, seminar halls, cafeterias, playgrounds and hostels.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

yes, it is feasible.Also students who perform well in the academics will get scholarship by the management of muthoot institute of technology ans science. Annual fee is seventy five thousand rupees per year and Hostel fees per year is sixty six thousand rupees

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

yes, students who have twelfth mathematics score more than ninety five percentage is eligible to get scholarship.

Hostel Facilities :

yes , the food and accommodation is of high quality. it provides a great studying environment. well-furnished and spacious Ladies Hostel- Eve’s House is situated within the campus, has a capacity to accommodate 490 students.

Alumni are the strength of mits. As engineering professionals, they are bound to provide technological solutions to the world at large.

Admission :

It was and still is the best privet engineering college in Kerala, also the faculty is excellent. College provided wide variety of extra curricular activities. Placement offers of seniors was great. in academical and non academical activities its is one of the best in Kerala for sure.

Faculty :

The faculty is really helpful. they provide a full time help for those in need. faculty is of high educational qualification. they are actively involved in organizing various technical activities, Site/ Industrial visits and Internship training to nurture the skills of students.

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
