Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum and the exam structure is as per the rules and regulations prescribed by the MCI. There are as such no industrial visits organized by the administration as it is a medical College. The college provides a nice evironment for outcome specific learning.

Placement Experience

4

As it is a medical colleges, there are no such placements as such but getting a job becomes easy for doctor anyways.

College Events

2.5

There are seminars with faculties visiting the campus internationally. There is sports and cultural fest conducted annually which lasts for 7 days in today. The fest involves the participation of almost all the students to varying extent. Special events are conducted for faculties as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is a private medical college the fee structure is actually very expensive. The twition fee alone is 19 lakhs per anum which results in total college fees of more than a crore. There are many mode of payment for fees including demand draft, cheque, cash, RTGS or NEFT etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

To the best of my knowledge, there are no such opportunities for the students to get any scholarships.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is really good. Campus is situated little far from the city because of which it is pollution free and full of greenary which provides a nice study atmosphere. Both male and female students are equally present. As such there is no discrimination on the basis of ethnicity, race, religion, gender, etc.

Hostel Facilities

3

Yes, I opted for the hostel. The rooms are air conditioned which is shared by 2 person. The hostel rooms are well equipped with bed, cupboards, study table etc. The rooms are available with attached bathrooms. The hostel also has a working maintenance and mess.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are helpful and knowledgeable as well. They are friendly and will help the students both academically and non academically.

Admission

Admission into the college was through NEET exam, which is a national exam conducted every year for admission into medical colleges. I was assigned this college on the basis of my marks by the medical counseling committee via an online counseling process.

Faculty

3.5

All the facilities are medical postgraduates with specialities in their respective feilds. They are well equipped with knowledge and experience and are capable of providing good concept centric lectures. There are about 10 lecturers in each subject depending upon tye weightage of the subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.
