Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute was founded in the year 2001. The college offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Medical Science
The college is formed under the aegis of Meenakshi Ammal Trust. Meenakshi Ammal Trust was founded in 1983 to provide education to the poor students by starting various educational institutions to spread knowledge

The college has an area of 39.08 acres consists of laboratory, canteen, library, health center, hostel, infrastructure and transport facilities

I didn't not apply for any other college i applied only in Meenakshi medical College it's near by my home so it's easy to me for come and done the degree which I like the eligibility of our college marks more than 50% in your higher secondary education
Library facilities available for all students in the college
good level environment within campus campus is available

Choose this college because it is very near to my hometown I can visit my home frequently no I didn't get rejection from any other colleges I just applied here and I got admission in this college eligibility more than 50% 10th and +2 exam

i choosed this college beacuse this location is near to my hometown that helps me to visit my home frequently and eligibility is to score 80% in sslc and hsc and this the only college i applied for admission
Seat are filled according to nmc counseling and this college has good reputation and high patient flow which makes this a good college and also it has hostel facilities which is worth , and other colleges has many problems such as low op flow and ragging etc
I don't know but by my family side i came to this college as college fess are low and only 4 yaer fees to pay

Nice and perfect but patients are not much
Many colleges were applied from Karnataka and tamilnadu together like DY Patil medical college ,karpaga medical college and many I choose my college based on fee structure and clinical exposure than others who had fee structure little high than mine Meenakshi medical college has mbbs eligibility based on NEET ug clearing and based on marks there is no cutoff for this college
Library is the Best in our College, It looks and Feels so good!
Admin office looks good , So don't judge the college by that itself!
Dislikes
They have very Old Labs for practical purposes!
Admission:
The admission process was easy and as It was basically by medical counseling. I chose this college mainly for its Patient frequency , Teaching and The fees structure as it was low and best compared to other colleges!
The college was one of the best private medical college in Tamil Nadu. They provide good infrastructure. The cons are many senior most experienced professor have been retired. Also there won't be much patients compared to government colleges and so you will have less clinical exposure.
