Course Curriculum Overview

The Indian education system is a total broke. No use and not related to the present industrial knowledge. After graduation in interviews I came to know that I've learnt nothing from college syllabus. No site experience in Civil Engineering.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

Many placement drive were happening not for us but to the computer science department and electronics and electrical department. Not for mechanical not for civil department.

College Events

Cultura events, college feast, exhibition day, Kannada rajyotsava and much more. It shows here to enter minmum of 250 characters but theres nothing much to tell about. So I'm typing this. Is it enough.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive for us middle class people. Seventy-five thousand rupees is a lot of money. We had to take from others and some loan. And much more.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since I belong to Schedule caste. I used to pay 70000 in cash as fee and I used to get 40000 back as scholarship.

Campus Life

Gender ratio was like boys to girls = 100:70. No parties, there was no discrimination in any ways.

Hostel Facilities

No. I didn't have to money to pay for hostel nor PG. I had to travel from home daily and it was 60 km to college and 60 again to back home. Totally Used to travel 120 km a day. Hostel fee was like 50000 and PG rent was like 6000 per month.

No use and no feedback given to us by seniors they were actually not in touch with us itself.

Admission

I got it in option entry. they asked for documents like 10th, 12th original marks card, transfer certificate, rural certificate, character certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, optional entry college allowed sheet, fee seventy-five thousand (Rs 750000).

Faculty

Roughly total teaching and non teaching staff were about 50 odd. HOD OF CIVIL DEPARTMENT - ASHA maybe age of 48. Then others average age was like 30 - 40 years. Teachers with industry experience were only few and they too left the college by our final years.

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Facts about CMRIT college,Bangalore

You can get through comedk, kcet and mangement. They don't accept jee results. The cut off is decreasing day by day . This time the cut off accepted for information science was 25k and for computer science it was about 15k .
