K.Vikas Reddy's Review On JNTUH College Of Engineering, Hyderabad

I cleared EAMCET and secured 9806 rank.This college is constituent of JNTUH. It has university status.So I joined in this college.

Curriculum is little bit heavy but is required to excel in all related fields. Totally 42 subjects are there to study in all 4 years. Syllabus is heavy so we have to. Study by choosing the topics.

No internships and stipends offered for me at my college. Some conferences and presentations,seminars will be held every year in our college. Students who are interested can attend them.

TCS comes every year and recruites major strength of students .Other than this students go to JNTUH to attend drives there. Companies like CSC, ZENPACT, CYIENT will recruit students.

Every year technical fests are orgamized by students and supervised by proffessors.Cultural nights are also a part of them.Tech seminars,technical events will be conducted during the fest.

Our college is government college. So the fee structure is less compared to any other colleges. It is around 12,500/- for all students.It is very helpful to students eho come from poor background.

People who are eligible for fee reembersement get their reembersement every year. Some hostel students receive scholarship every year.

My opinion is college life is great during which we experience and learn many things in our life. For sports there are cricket and football grounds, Volleyball, basketball, badminton courts.

When i was about to join in my college i was scared of ragging. But in our college faculty is very strict about ragging and seniors also very friendly with us.They helped me very much by giving suggestions in important matters.

For each semister 2 mid exams will be there with a gap of one and half month and at the end of the semister. Before commencing final exams they conduct lab internals and externals.

Especially in our department almost all faculty are asst,associate,proffessors.They are well experienced.Some of them got doctorate in their respective fields.
