Remarks

There are many advantage as an central government university at the same time some of disadvantage are also there like upgrading of studio facilities are little slow. But advantages hides the disadvantage

Course Curriculum Overview

5

It is a practical and professional course hence students can work their own. Most of the students are working freelance artist or running their own studio. Curriculum was structure such a way one can get hands on experience and equipped with all kinds of skills.

Placement Experience

4

As I mention earlier this is more like self employed course so most of the students are and many of are in school teacher and doing their freelance practice. Central School, DPS, some are in good boarding school

College Events

4.5

Kala Mela (Art Fair) and every year many symposium and visiting artist from India and abroad are invited for demo and residency. Every year college arrange study tour and industrial visit in that also some of financial support is provided by university. Apart of college many other sports and other education relative activity are happening all-overs the university

Fee Structure And Facilities

Is a central university the fee are really very less it is around Rs. 20000 /- along with hostel fee the food is extra. The study raw materials need good amount of money but many of them college provide. And it is semester wise so there is no one time burden apart of this there are poor students scholarship and free-ships is available. 1st 2nd rank students are also gating scholarships

Fees and Financial Aid

No loan opted by me. Fee is so less generally is not need to opt for loan. I was getting merit scholarship every for me the education is almost free of cost

Campus Life

4

Several playgrounds, stadia, Indoor stadia, Amphitheatre, Tennis courts, Squash courts, Volleyball courts, Basketball courts, swimming pool, mountaineering club, Flying club, etc. are there to cater to the sportspersons needs. The university facilitates its students with able coaches and practice space to compete at the various levels of tournaments. Besides Shivaji Hall Gymnasium, there are several other facilitations like Mountaineering Club, Swimming Pool, Stadiums, Athletic Tracks, and Playgrounds for maintaining the physical wellness of the university community. The Central Library is the ultimate heaven, for any person in search of knowledge, with an unimaginable 1.5 million books, numerous journals, magazines, weeklies, newspapers in different languages; and to add to that, 115 departmental libraries. The University also provides the facility of Cyber Library within the campus. Library also provides access to large set of online national and foreign resources. Proctorial services maintaining the law and order within the campus plays vital role in controlling social menace like ragging, Hostels with wifi, Transportation for students, 24 hour electric and power supply, over 6 branches of nationalized Banks, ATMs, 3 Post Offices, Telephone exchange, Railway Reservation Centre, and a lot of other facilities provided exclusively for Staff and Students.

Hostel Facilities

4

No. There are lots of hostel every college having there dedicated hostels. In graduation there are two occupy room and for Post graduation students and PhD Scholar University provide signal room. Hostel fee is very nominal is around Rs. 300/- per month. There are hostel canteens running by privet wanders. For food monthly they charge around Rs.2000/- to Rs. 3000/-

Alumni/Alumna

This is a professional course and it learning is always supported by senior students. Aluminise were very helpful and help joiner students to get employment

Admission

Entrance Exam and Interview. This is most difficult question for answer as both required dedicated time and attention if it’s in subject then one must prepare drawing and sketching for two hours and sharpen your creative brain is in the higher side. I will also suggest if you go to any classes for drawing one should continue it’s the most creative subject hence given time one can learn at individual pace.

Faculty

5

This is a professional and practical course hence the theoretical part are very less and faculty are take their theoretical lecture and for practical the demonstrate the each and supporting staff are always there to help the students. studios are open after collge hours also

They do have placement criterias and TOS usually come for placement (their average is 6 LPA) . But in our batch (animation batch) none of us were required. So we got offers from smaller companies. And honestly, from my experience, the company I joined wasn't that worth it. So I went to pursue Masters and Joined NID But
