Remarks

the positive remark about the college is the happening life of the students in the college campus. the students are also very cheerful when they get a environment like this. the only negative remark about the college is the infra of the college the building is very old and needed to be reconstructed.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

the course curriculum of the program involves lots of practicals as well as theoretical subjects which gains certain interests in the field of fine arts for the students and encourage them to make their future in it. the exams are conducted on a semester basis although there are exams going on in the college in the midterms.

Placement Experience

3.5

talking about the placements of the college i got no chance appearing for the placements till yet because i am in 3rd year but i have heard from the seniors and some stats also show that the placements record of the college is good as compared to other colleges. no the college don't provide any other internships but they do provide some projects instead of it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the fees of the college is around 68000 for the whole year which is needed to be paid in installments per year, so 68000 per year i think is feasible for the course in the outer city. though the college also provides facilities to the weaker sections of the society so that they can afford studies.

Alumni/Alumna

the alumni network of the college is also good and the senior students of the college also helps the juniors in many ways apart from their studies they also guide the students in various confidence gaining programmes, such as managing a particular event.

Admission

the admissions in the college is done through the merit list prepared by the college after considering the marks of the previous qualifying examination from any recognised school of the country. the candidates are only admitted in the college only if they satisfy the eligibility criteria formed by the college.

Faculty

4

the faculty of the college is best part of the college which engages students to develop a healthy relations with their teachers, the faculty of the college includes various professors of different streams who are experts in their respective fields of study. the faculty of the college put their best effort to help students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love painting and i had decided at an early age to study further in this field. After i learned about the program, i researched more into field, got to know of the subjects, a variety of them such as painting, sculpting, printmaking that come under classical art and subjects such as visual graphics, advertisement theory, typography, illustration that come under applied arts. Applied arts unlike painting honors provides job security as it is commercial. Companies hire artists for package designing, advertisement making, etc. I feel like they should add teaching more about the outside trends and meanings and references behind them rather than just telling what is to be done. A background always helps make room for more ideas. Exams in my personal experience are not a very stressful task, we always know what to do when we read the question and there's little to no space for confusion. We have projects, home assignments, viva and at last the end semester exams. The timings are balanced.
