No Bad Remarks. I can say all is Just Awesome. Even I can say Proud that I studied in TCE and became Engineer from their.

I took the Karnataka CET and got 60156 ranking and took the Mechanical Branch.In Karnataka CET counselling their are Government quota and Payment seats. I took the Mechanical Branch on Government Quota seat. I reason behind choosing the Mechanical Branch is the inspiration from Aeroplanes, Rockets, Robots & also the RSTDM Film.

Many peoples started telling as Mechanical is tough because their are subjects like Engineering Design, Mechanics, etc.Inspiration I got in my practical works show where we are given a metal peace with drawing, and ask us to make this metal peace as explained in design/drawing. I learnt how to use tools and accessories to make any impossible as possible.This is very awesome Experience and Learning which leads to get Distinction in the Academy.

We use to get the stipend of Rs 1200 for every Semester with the below condition 1. Top in the Branch.2. 100% Attendence.3. Attitude to help each and every possible Friends when they get stuck in any Study problems.Even I got the Stipend 5 time in 8 Semesters study.

Once we finish our 7th Sem, we get 15 day off where we get trained on Entrepreneurship programs and tell us many things like1. Bridge between Studies & Organisations2. Behavior awareness3. Practical Methodologies4. Management Skill and moreAfter this we have to write 1 paper which covers 4-7 sem syllabus. Based on the ranking we are been sent to the Campus interview their are many companies comes to our college like Dell, TCS, Wipro, Jindal, Toyota, etcWhen I am studying out of 42, 39 peoples from Mechanical Branch got selected in one or the other company in the campus.

Their are many Events 1. Mech Fest every Even sem ( 2nd, 4th, 6th & 8th Sem )2. Cricket tournament between Each Branches3. Singing, Musical, Mimicry, Mock Press, etc Computation.4. Indoor and Out Door Composition5. Library Festand may more.

For Government Seat - 7500 per SemFor Payment Quota - 32000 per SemSo I got the Government Seat with the stipend Rs 1200 so I just need to pay Rs 6300.

A facility is made to take loans for both typeFor Government Seat - 7500 per SemFor Payment Quota - 32000 per SemBut frankly speaking I have not took the Loans for study.

I stayed all my Engineering in Hostel from 1st to 8th Sem, their are 3 friends in the each room with all facility.The big advantage to staying in Hostel is we learn the different cultures, I learned Hindi in hostel, How to handle different task simultaneously ( multi tasking) and the list goes.When we come to Food we get 2 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner per day and on Sunday we get the Special Food.Then the Food Expenditure is calculated at the end of the month and divided in to all Hostelers.Even on visit of our Parents, Guests, Friends, a separate room is allocated to them to stay for Max 2 days.

As explained above when my Guru are behaving like our friends, then our Senior are more like our brother helping all the time when we stuck in Studies or any other cultural activities. Even they paid me money when I need urgently to fill my Exam fees.

Exam Structure is as below1st Sem to 8th sem - 3 internals per Sem we need to score at-least 15 marks as aggregate to qualify for the main examIf their are 4 subjects back log more than 2 year he will be treated as Not Fit For Technical Education.Its very Strict process in VTU which molds us from Student to Engineer.

As from my schools I learnt as Guru as God, I continued the same in my Engineering time.In simple words I can say the Faculty are behaving like our friends which leads us to ask any difficult question, challenges we are facing openly to my Gurus.Even we are given the permission to the extent to ask any doughts @ 24 * 7 time. So its very like Friendly atmosphere.
