Yes, the college provides 85% placements to many of the students. The college is in collaboration with many companies. Our M. Sc biochemistry students have been placed in different companies like Forte research, Strand life sciences, Accenture, IQVIA, Quintiles, Indigene, Premier Diagnostic Centres and Hospitals, Biocon- Syngene, OG health care, Ray Life Sciences.

College Events

4.5

Our college celebrates many college fests like revothsava, Reva fest, farewells, etc. Moreover, students are also sent to other colleges for competitions held over there. NCC campus selection, sports day and celebrates all kind of festivals of Hindu dharma, Muslim and Christianity.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is absolutely feasible and as of now for BSC we are paying 50k per annum. And moreover, it is affordable for every student who could get an education in such a reputed university. Fees timings are also flexible. No compulsion of paying fee immediately or before joining itself.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, our college does provide scholarships for every student like Vidya Siri, etc. Our college does reduce the fee if we are a Reva student and even based on our merit, the college reduces our total fee. We get consession for our merits.

Campus Life

4.5

We experienced a wonderful life in Reva, enjoying our curriculum, sports, extracurricular activities, fests, farewells, competitions, etc. We have students from different countries too like Srilanka, Russia, Australia, Nepal, etc. There is no ragging and gender discrimination in our college. And we have the best chancellor who looks around takes care of everything.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, we have wonderful seniors who are friendly with us who teach us everything, they do mingle with us in everything. We had a wonderful senior. The most important part is no ragging is done by any of the seniors. And just because of our seniors we experienced a wonderful life at Reva University.

Admission

My friend suggested Reva University, he provided me information about the college, course, facilities, faculty, infrastructure, labs, etc. As he stays in BSF he could give me an insight about this college and I probably joined that college to pursue my graduation.

Faculty

4

We have good faculties who are well educated who could provide us knowledge about things and we do enjoy teachers teaching. We have lab attendees who would help us in preparing chemicals and doing our experiments correctly. We are well decided into batches so that we don't feel conjusted.

At St Aloysius University, students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onward. Reputed companies like Infosys, wipro, TCS etc have visited the campus offering multiple roles in IT services, research and analytics. The highest package has been around 7-8 LPA while the average has been around 3-4 LPA depending on the company and the profile of the student. Around 60-70% of eligible students secure placement each year

REVA University, Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Biotechnology)
Reviewed on Jul 4, 2025(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it around 8/10 for relevance and comprehensiveness. I chose this course because it offered solid foundational subjects that aligned with my interests. The curriculum prepares students well for higher studies and provides decent exposure to lab techniques. However, for real world readiness, it could be improved. Teaching methods are mostly theory-heavy and would benefit from interactive approaches. Exams are moderately difficult and conceptual clarity and regular revision helps in scoring well.

Placement Experience:

First of all, there isn't a passed out batch yet(as of 2025). The first batch enrolled in 2023 and they are currently in internship period as they've planned. Placement will be offered at the end of 4th year. Although for internships, around 50+ companies visited and 96% of students got internships. The average stipend was 30,000 INR and the highest stipend was 200,000 INR (non-domestic). My plans after getting the degree are to gain some experience and go for a masters in business if possible.
