Course Curriculum Overview

5

Good, we have final exams whole year at once. We have paper one and paper two, only draw back is no gap between paper one paper two but we have preparation holidays and each subject we have practicals, once we fail means we have to study same year ( for first and final year) and we have clinical postings and we have practicals in clincal postings

Placement Experience

4.5

We have internship about one year and we have some salary package for that one year intern. In intern we have morning and night shifts for duty to was good experience to spend time with patient's and learning, making them feel better totally it was some what bitter and some sweet

College Events

4

College day, ethinic day to know the culture of our nation, freshers day for first year students, festivals like ganesh chqthurudhi, holi etc. Farewell day for for our beloved seniors it was sad to miss seniors who helped us alot, we have halwon day, games like kho kho, atheletics, etc, each and every students get an opportunity to participate in everytime there is no limit to participate every student has a right

Fee Structure And Facilities

Per year we have to pay college fee around 12000. It was through online, for exams we have extra charges, for practicals also we have to pay. And during admission we have to charge, and there is no extra charges for joining into the college. But for a middle class students it is difficult if they are not getting scholarship because of there caste

Fees and Financial Aid

No because of my caste I did not get ant scholarship from my college, and I didn't taken any loan, and the scholarship providing is around 10000 for college exactly I don't know because I didn't get

Campus Life

5

Good campus was good enough to learn and to stay, no gender ratio all are equal, no sexual embracing, friendly nature, ni ragging, no caste feeling, it's like a family, we have to respect each other, we get alot of friends in this college we get friendly seniors who helps us in practicals to learn, we enjoying class with a good manner

Hostel Facilities

3

Yes I opted for hostel, and for each room 4 for 3 members we have cots with full common needs, in each room we are one student from each batch, for pgs they are not in same hostel, and we have one tv room and mess in ground floor, mineral water supply, workers for hostel cleaning and mess scheudle is based on students option

Alumni/Alumna

Yes seniors are helpful in postings, they make us how to treat patients, how to get correct information from them, they helps us lot

Admission

I love to serve poor people To admit into mbbs in sb medical college we have to write entrence exam neet. Based on our rank caste reservation we alotted seat. And prefered this sb medical college because it was old one of top college in ap. Good faculty.ect.

Faculty

5

Faculty was good cooperative, friendly, teach us nearly. In a systematic way. They teach us classes in power point presentation in a detailed manner, they gave assigments, they ask questions during class to make us more intrest on subject. In postings they explains each case in a proper manner how to treat patients and how to get information about the disease, how to make patients not get panic, patients and doctor relationship etc.

There is no such thing as campus placement in medical courses.. we are provided with internship with the linked hospital with an approximate stipend of 30k per month for a year and after that we receive the course completion certificate and we can either practice in a clinic or pursue the post graduation upon our interests..

Firstly i wanted to become a doctor. I was firstly afraid of joining in this college as it is new one and the college admission is mainly based on merit so not much of option i got. I got a all india rank of around 17000 and state rank of 1049 . Now i got md general medicine in kurnool medical college. So it gives you great knowledge for the seeking.
