Remarks

I wanted to pursue a career in aerospace sector and out of the few colleges that had aerospace engineering this one was closest to where I live and so I chose this college. The college is located in the outskirts of the city which has surprisingly a good effect on the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus was up to date when I joined the college and it was continuously updated each year. Industrial exposure is really in the hands of the students and not the college. The faculties were excellent in teaching and had in depth knowledge in their respective subjects.

Our college mostly gets visited by IT and software companies just like any other college. Other than this a few core companies do visit our college but getting a job in any of these core companies is not guarantied and it lies in the hands of the respective students.

College Events

Our college primarily conducts two fests. One is cultural and the other is a tech fest. Both of these fests are huge and and is celebrated accordingly. Cultural fest happen for a day generally excluding the sports activities and the tech fest happens for three days.

Campus Life

We have two football fields,two gyms, and two shuttle courts. In addition a cricket and a handball ground is there. Free wifi will be available in the academic block and the hostels. The library has a large content of books and is very spacious. The equipment in certain lab were old but they will do the trick.

The curriculum behind or campus is very much updated and it is changing as the technology changes.As the present world is engaging with computer and artificial intelligence,I want to improve more knowledge and also want to compete with others.The time table and the devlopment technology followed by our university is devoloped so that only placement are recorded with high percentage when compared to other.The improvement should be observed only regarding labs.We have write examination for every 30 or 40 days , because there are 3 internal test ,semester and lab exams.Actually time is not sufficient but we have to do hardwork.when compared to other universities or colleges our exams arebwry hard.

Amrita and its Dubbing voice

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

Great Academics, Peaceful Campus — But Not for the Free-Spirited

I had offers from VIT and SRM, but I chose Amrita (Coimbatore) because it felt more academically focused and value-driven. The environment was more disciplined, the faculty seemed more involved I did try for IITs and NITs through JEE Mains, but didn’t score high enough. Looking back, I could’ve managed time better during prep. As for admissions, Amrita has its own exam called AEEE, but they also accept JEE Mains scores.
