I have worked with Cognizant on an ongoing project.

Placement Experience

Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Mahindra and Mahindra have visited the college. Latest placements were from BYJU's app. Three people got placed.There is a group of faculties aiming at placement training and aptitude analysis.

College Events

Campus life is a bit dull. Technical and arts fest are less exposed to the public, so the number of participants coming to attend and the competition is less. Participation 9f students from outside the college is not very big.

Fees and Financial Aid

If the student have more than 95 marks in mathematics in 12th grade, college would give a scholarship and the annual fee will be reduced to ?8500. Also students who have 5000 rank or within is given the same scholarship.

Hostel Facilities

I am a day scholar. But the hostel facilities are very good. Hostel also have AC rooms if necessary. Gym and playground for recreational activities. 4 bed rooms and 2 bed rooms are available. Two wheeler and car parking also available

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.
