Remarks

i never expected i was going to come Maharastra for my education since my UG was in Delhi and they are completely different cultures and everything all together, when i had given the entrance i had gotten a seat and felt i had entered a prestigious college and would succeed in life as Symbiosis is one of the best for Master Programs

Course Curriculum Overview

Symbiosis GIS is a small college with a lot capability and creativity. they have an amazing exposure towards the course as we get a lot of new and nice companies almost as big as Google maps to train us. We had HERE MAPS train us a little part of the course

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course culicurumes of collage of mangemnet of compter science , yavatmal is revalvent and provied good foundation in computer science concept. the curriculum is helpfiul for understanding theoretical concept and basic pratical skills. it prepares student for entry-lavel jobs and further studies like msc or mca,however ,it is more focused on traditionla topices and lacks exposure to morden technolokkgies such as cloud computing , data science, and advance fremworks which are importent in todays industry. the teachinf methods are mostly classroom- based with practical session in labs. overall, the curriculum is decent but needs update to match current industry demands.

The exposure to research is very good here.
you can get the best quality of education from best scientists of india.
The hostel facilities are very good and affordable.

Dislikes

More hands on training should be provided during practicals.
The placement cell shoiuld be there for students.
The quality of canteen food is very bad .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very unique and only available in 2 to 3 places in the country. The course curriculum is very well designed and it has applications in real world knowledge.The exams frequency is one exam in a week.

There are plenty of placements taken out in our college within a year & the students are eligible from 5th semester only for degree students & for PG it may be different.There famous companies vista to our college like TCS,INFOSYS & VIPRO etc. they also make several no. Of offers. 70% of students may get placements according to companies criteria & I also will participate in these kind of placements.

Remarks:

It's a good institute but you can always be better. The education and knowledge they provide us with is very good. The only thing that drags the institute is proper infrastructure. Being a newer institute we don't have our own college premises and operate in the building of another government institute.

The other colleges i applied to didnt have finance as a core MBA course. The full time residential course made my decision for this college aure as it gave me more time to only focus on study here. My Experience at SSBF

I chose this college because it is a niche college for banking and finance specifically. It further has other specializations like Fintech, Finserv, Insurance, etc. I personally had a keep interest over banking and finance side so I chose SSBF. I found SSBF better than other colleges as there are very few colleges who provides degree specifically in banking and finance and I am also getting the brand value of Symbiosis, So it was te best choice I made. I also applied to other symbiosis colleges including SIBM, SIDTM and SIMS. What went wrong was my percentile in the entrance.
