Remarks

I chose this because I didn't get enough marks in NEET, but it was my first choice after MBBS due to its scope. One can do business in this field after getting a degree and can earn a handsome salary. It would be great to change the thinking of many students about this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

Some teachers are excellent at teaching, helpful with humble nature and cooperative. They have adequate knowledge to explain, while some teachers are not good at teaching. The course curriculum is relevant, and if students work hard, then they would surely be ready for the industry.

Course Fees: INR 575000 per year

Placement Experience

About 60% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting company was Eli Lilly, and many more companies visited the campus

College Events

Many events and fests are organised for the students. Campus crowd are not that much, and it is okay for our peace of mind. Connectivity is good. Campus surrounding is good. Few extracurricular activities are conducted.

Campus Life

Wi-Fi is in good working condition. Labs have a lot of equipment. But the infrastructure is very poor, and fans don't work in the classrooms, tables are broken, unusable washrooms, water coolers are not working. The library is very good. The food served in the mess is edible. Canteens are good maintained and hygienic. Sports facilities are very good along with the medical facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum initially provides all the theoretical and practical knowledge side by side. As in first year classes are held in University college of medical science so practical we got demonstration of human anatomy on cadavers . And the subsequent 2nd, 3rd and 4th year classes are held in Amar Jyoti as the syllabus of these years provide you proper insights of your field Side by side in 3rd and 4th year we do clinical postings in different hospitals and in Amar Jyoti where we see real world applications i.e. hands on patients under the guidance of senior physiotherapist who are our professors also. First year is quite tough compare with other years as overall syllabus is just same as of MBBS . Areas of improvement - should be in syllabus I think as in first year we were somewhat clueless about our real role in PT as there were no PT specific subjects .

Amar Jyoti institute of physiotherapy is one the best college for bachelor degree in physiotherapy

Course Curriculum Overview:

Syllabus or course curriculum includes everything you should know as a good physiotherapist. Faculty teach you theoretical aspect of every condition or procedures, after the completion of theoretical classes there are practical classes to strengthen and increase knowledge about that particular topic or technique or procedure. Also college includes clinical postings for 1 year. 6 month in 3rd year and next 6 month in 4th year of course in which they send you to different hospital opds and ipds to see different conditions and learn new techniques to treat patients effectively. So overall curricular activities prepare you in very good and effective manner to treat the patients of different conditions

I choose this college because of the teachers healthy interaction with students and the enviroment in which u can groomed yourself to get better everyday. The canteen is still the one area of concern which i liked to see the improvement bad foods odour smell,unhygine unhealthy foods.The pattern of teaching is another concern teachers should change. Student's become eligible from 4th year only for the campus placements. It's not the companies or the hospitals that visits for placement it's the NGO's and all that comes and provide basic salaries to students. Highest packages can go upto - 1200000 per annum or average to 400000 per annum. 70-80% students get's placements and other starts there home visits or own clinic. My plans is to work for 2 year in any hospital in india and then move to dubai for future opportunities.

I applied in jamia millia islamia and jamia hamdard University both are good in terms of infrastructure. Mt first priority was always jmi but due to strict paper pattern which they conduct for their almost all courses, I didn't get selected for their course, but then I got admission in jamia hamdard University because the process of entering this college is literally easy and simple as compared to others because they do not take any exams for any of their course which is good for almost every student. Life at Jamia Hamdard University as a Pharmacy student

I got confirmed in one of the colleges of GGSIPU which was not so good for pharmacy and the location was also not ideal.
