Remarks

The reason for joining this College was, attraction towards the College Campus, the thing which I like most about the College is it’s Library, it had a very beautiful library with lots of books for the students to read.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well experienced mentors who shape and prepare the students for the actual world challenges. The classrooms are well integrated which ensures a large amount of individual attention on the students by the mentors. Moreover, mentors are the very reason that brings ILEAD a level beyond.

Placements are quite good and knowledgeable. College emphasises on internships and ensures that all the students are selected in the campus interviews itself. College has a dedicated placement cell for the students. College also helps the students in the placement area in the later career/profession.

There is a huge annual event every Year, the event is called Managedia, the event itself is of one whole week, even celebrities are called for the event, we see a lot of participants in the event almost from every College of Kolkata.

Stepping stone to success

Placement Experience:

Now i am pursuing BBA in final year, from the 3rd semester i gotten the opportunity for internship in Godrej. And many companies came here like Honda, Tata, Dhoot Transmission pvt ltd.etc.Atleast 90% student getting placement from here, company came here and selected the eligible students for their organization. - Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.
