Remarks

Placement, sports, extra-curricular activities, technology fest are best experience.Teaching faculties & lab faculties are best.Alumini program & placements are better compare to many other colleges.

I have done my diploma from Thakur Polytechnic (MSBTE), so on scoring 72.09% I got admission directly in 2nd year (SE)

Course Curriculum Overview

Basically, subjects are common for all streams in FE (1st year). In SE & TE, all subjects were same for all mechanical engineering students. Electives are there in final year (BE) like Automobile Engineering, Cryogenics, BPR, etc.

Internships Opportunities

During our times there no programs like internship. Currently I have heard about them but dont know exactly in details about them.

Placement Experience

Companies like Mahindra and Mahindra, Cap Gemini, Siemens, Blue Star, Larsen and Toubro, Voltas, Patni etc. visited during my time way back in 2006

College Events

Fresshers day, friendship day, alumini, cultural festivals, technological festivals, sports, singing competition, placements, career guidance and many more

Fee Structure And Facilities

During my time during 2003 to 2006 total fee was 41, 000 INR. I dont know exactly like what was the development fee, tuition fee, educational cess, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

No idea. As haven't applied for any.But heard from friends there is a special concession for students from lower earning family groups.

Campus Life

Gender ratios: Boy to Girl : 10:9, Hostel Parties: OKWorkshops, cultural societies and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status: All Good

Hostel Facilities

No idea. As haven't applied for any.But canteen food was good. I can rate seven and half out of ten (7.5/10)

Alumni/Alumna

Awesome! Alumni program are better compare to many other colleges which also invites students from 1st pass out batch of 1997. Me and friends visit our college Alumni every year in the month of April.

Exam Structure

It was like a chilled out in laboratries, eaxamination experienced were good, but it depends upon individual preparation for it.

All professors were good in terms of there way of concerned, experience, flow of communication, note, their guidance in helping in subjects & projects. Major professors were M. Tech & few were also from IIT, Delhi.

yes my college provide campus placement. we have seprate placement cell for preparation of placemet interview and compony ready. We also have many companies in tieups for hiring.avg placement is also good like 5-6 lpa student easy to get 10+ lpa package when your acedmics are good and skill development

Honestly the placement is good in college but student's are not able to get that placement because they don't work on their skills . Then how could college place them although College does their best in placement. Almost 80% students get placement in our college .the highest package last year was 12.5 lakhs per annum. The average Package is almost about 3 lakhs per annum.

One of the best college in Mumbai

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . The highest package was 16 LPA and the avg is 4.37 LPA , placement percentage is 74% . I am planning to opt for MBA after BTECH

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.

1) I had also applied for other colleges like Thakur college and Somaiya college and I got addmission in thakur but didn't take admission as I was getting Information technology branch as a cource. I got admission here through spot round i got a seat in vartak cs branch thru mh cet but it was a ews seat which was cancelled due to delay in ews submission because of an error from my side. keeping past aside i would say rgit is a decent clg but try for cs or it if possible and in case you want to get thrpugh spot round come asap and for management quota u should come before cap round 1 otherwise they charge u like crazy before spot round cs seat was for 6 lakhs after spot round it was available for 12 lakhs...Read More

This college is near my residence thus it eliminated the travelling issue also as I'm a sports enthusiast I opted this college over others.
