Remarks

The college I get depends on my state rank.Living in nagpur I obviously prefer a college in the same city, plus this college is close to my home. The college is close compact and student friendly. My parents are doctors so it was my dream to beckme a doctor since childhood

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a very frustrating and long course and requires a lot of hard work and determination. The faculty in government colleges is not at all reliable. The teachers just read the slides from powerpoint presentation and take the course very lightly. They dont even cover the course completely. Most of the faculty is from the reserved category and they get paid for doing literally nothing. As a result we general category students have to join coaching classes to prepare for pg neet exam and depend mainly on self studies

Placement Experience

2

For getting admissions in colleges for pg,it depends on the rank obtained in the Neet PG exit exam and not on the Ug college. The marks scored in the Neet exam determine the college we get for pg. The number of general students getting good government college for pg are very limited due to endless reservation in medical seats of Maharashtra

College Events

3.5

Events are numerous but these are not sponsored by the college, all the students have to give contributions to conduct those events. Management is done mainly by batch students. The events like Ganesh festival celebrations are very big and for 3 days and funded partially by college. It is organised be second year batch but sadly we couldnt organise that event because of some internal matter. All the batches participate in that event.

Campus Life

As mentioned earlier,it is a government college so everything is very compromised because all the government funds go into the pockets of dean of the college and other powerful people. In sports we have basketball and badminton. Library is medium sized and not enough that students of all the years can sit together. It has Air conditioners. And almost all books are available. The cleanliness of library is questiinable. Some of the buildings are very very old and poorly maintained, other new ones are good and nicely maintained. The equipments in labs of biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, and others is very very limited and we all dont get to perform all the practicals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I genuinely choosed this course to earn money. Even this course offers respect in society. And prepares well for the real world applications. In my college they use projector for teaching and not digital board. Exams conducted are very easy and not so strict.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is highly planned and very vast. Regular revision is necessary to caver all subjects. All subjects are taught with high practical basis hence ensuring exposure and preparing for real life exposure. Teaching could be more consise and logic based. Main exams are every 2 to 3 months with difficulty slightly higher in term 2 than term 1.
