Remarks

Reason for joining the College was its course, the course which Ilead provides no other Colleges provide that course, BBA in Real Estate found the best Course. I love the teaching style of the teacher for our Subject. Always wanted to pursue Career in Real Estate, So I chose BBA in Real Estate.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course which I had oppt is BBA in real Estate, it’s very much updated. We have got very faculty members and they are very much helpful in each and every part of life and they are very friendly in nature, the Dean of College Mr. Pradip Chopra, he is into real Estate as well as the Dean.

Class Size: 16Course Fees: INR 390000 per year

Placement Experience

There are very few students who have enrolled for BBA in Real Estate, so most of them get Placements in PS Group, they are recruited based on the Work experience in Real Estate, A interview is there for them after that they are recruited.

College Events

We have Celebrated many events in our College starting from the First day of College ie Orientation followed by an intra College Competition and so on, its throughout the Year, many students participate in the program, some may participate in Sports or in Singing Dancing etc.

Stepping stone to success

Placement Experience:

Now i am pursuing BBA in final year, from the 3rd semester i gotten the opportunity for internship in Godrej. And many companies came here like Honda, Tata, Dhoot Transmission pvt ltd.etc.Atleast 90% student getting placement from here, company came here and selected the eligible students for their organization. Good for studying but should improve for recruitment

Placement Experience:

- Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.
