Remarks

The world is a big place, and I thought attending a big school would better prepare me for life in the real world & My university has a very strong school of sciences, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Faculty members are too good they use to help us if we have any doubt regarding studies they make our course interesting, we use to have one industrial visit in every one semester which is sufficient for a student.

Placement Experience

2.5

Here come the training and placement cell department roles which also very organized and have tie-up with many big companies like Aaj Tak, Radio Mirchi, British Telecom were some of the companies which came for the placement drive at our campus during our previous batch. Here one can opt for MBA or M.Tech course.

College Events

4

The University and the city of Ann Arbor also have a rich cultural arts heritage. Students are encouraged to engage with this artistic community through the Arts at Michigan program. Through popular programs like “Passport to the Arts,” “Art Outta Town,” and “Artscapade,” Arts at Michigan connects students to the opportunities on campus and in the surrounding communities.

Campus Life

4.5

we are having Wi-Fi enabled LCD projectors in every classrooms, AUDITORIUM, SEMINAR ROOM, GYMNASIUM & The College Canteen is a popular meeting place for students. It serves a variety of eatables at moderate prices with elegant tables and cosy chairs that add comfort while enjoying the array of savoury food.

Hostel Facilities

2

I opted for a hostel, hostels are of two types (Dual & single sharing). I think the hostel is safer than PG's. Hostel rooms are very clean with hot water and pure drinking water. It is easy to get a hostel and plenty of rooms are there.

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Reviewed on Nov 14, 2024(Enrolled 2024)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
