Remarks

My college is very near from my home that's why I choose Kalindi College.The faculty of my course is very supportive and good. There are many different societies in my college which students can join.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus update as per DU guidelines. Faculty was good, they help you as much they can by different means also. My course also provide a industrial exposure. They provide us a trip to an industry for up skilling our knowledge.

College Events

Campus life is good it is a crowded place. Canteen facilities is also good. You can participate in any extra curricular activities students want. Events are on average. You will enjoy the events because of the Dj and the competitions.

Campus Life

My college has one student cyber centre, one Teacher cyber centre and other labs for the students. There is two floor (Ground+First floor) library in my college. Sports facility is also very good. Students can opt for NSS/NCC/Sports as per there interest. Buildings have average infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since it is open learning university..they couldn't give us time.. because the class also got started 1 month before exam...and teachers had to finish...the syllabus. But they don't really care about us. And syllabus I think is okay .. in Commerce. It is updated.

Overall College life experience.

Placement Experience:

After completing 4 semester you are eligible to sit into on-campus placements i.e. after completing your second year. Companies start to arrive in final year or pre final year of you're going for 4 year degree. Big 4 companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC and other companies like accenture, zomato, airtel can be seen in placement season. Average package is 4-5 LPA ranging from college to college and depends individual skill set and practical experience. Highest could go upto 22LPA in our college. Half of the students gets placed during the season but not all. After competition of degree students can pursue various courses like CA, CS or praper for CAT/GMAT.

This college is not good enough for upgrading skill and knowledge.

Placement Experience:

SSNC have a placement cell which provides internship details and also shat company hiring details. 3rd and 4th semester students are eligible for internship Highest average package is approx 12 LPA and average price is approx 5LPA and actually I don't know which company give the highest and to whom.

Students get placements in the last semester before the last exams as per my knowledge the average package is 4 to 5 lpa and highest package was 15lpa . Not all the students get placed from the college only the one's with good skills and some experience about the work are chosen.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

As per the marks I scored in CUET I think my college is best as it does not charge lakhs of rupees and also provide good environment. One of the reason I chose this college is that it is all girls. Kalindi: The off Campus Star of DU !

There were several Reasons to choose Kalindi: It's an all girls college so it felt comparatively more Safer than the Co-ed ones. Also, this might be an unpopular opinion but the Boys were not there to make mischiefs so there was a good built-in environment for Study. Girls were there to manage each and everything. Either it was NCC, NSS, Sports, Societies or even Student Union, girls were incharge of literally everything and it used to feel very proud and wholesome.
