I wanted to experience staying away from home. the comfort had made me dependable on my parents way too much. the availability of resources all the time made me lazy. so I wanted to test myself and step into a different world altogether. since living in the east is far different from living in the north, I came to meet and engage in different cultures. I opted for this course originally to do law afterwards but this college opened a lot of opportunities with its diversifications in subjects. I fell in love with Data Analytics and have been aspiring to major in the same field.

My professors till date have kept us on our toes with providing examples of as recent or as inspiring for us in relation to the study material. the assignments even though tough, they have been quite informational. it has been a good ride, most of my professors have been friendly and have understood a students point of view. I had a data analysis professor in my 3rd semester, she always was there to help me out in any problem we faced. she helped us till the day of our exam by tutoring us outside of class timings. her patience was what pleased me since not everyone was accustomed to excel. one of my organisational behaviour teachers was also fun to be around since he provided us with class activities that were both educational and fun.

we have office for career services that send you different internship and placement offers all round the year. our college also hold one of the best internship fairs for every school at least 4 times a year! so they dont let you miss an opportunity to work at one of the best companies in the country.

OPJU's zests are the best days to live for, Cultural fest- Biswamil, Sports Fest- Magnus, Business Fest- Biznest. these are the main events that happened all round the year. we have different fun events and "BITE" its a food festival - Its THE most beautiful fest we hold, we enjoy food from some of the best places around Delhi and there's some light music playing or a college band. we have has guest star appearances like Jubin Nautiyal, Ritviz, Arjun Kanungo and many more

students from Haryana get a scholarship under the Haryana Domicile, there are other scholarships also available with exceptionally good scores in their boards or entrance exams. I did not opt for any scholarship.

my college has one of the best infrastructures I've witnessed till now. the libraries are huge and its almost like maze of paradise. I usually go there find my mental peace and calm because the environment in itself is so soothing. the campus is fully wifi equipped and the connection is pretty strong. we have all the facilities anyone living away from home would require, we have small restaurants that serve till 2 am and deliver till the main gate. the guards are strict but also friendly, the cleaning didi's are very helpful all the time. we have a constant availability of electrician, plumber or cleaner.

the hostels are pretty well equipped, for the female hostels we have 3 sharing and 4 sharing. there are normal beds and bunk beds in some student housings. our hostels in campus so that's one of the best things that can happen. you can chill with your friends till late and come back and rest for the next day. we dont really have curfews which is a very big plus point. one room will have a bed, a study table, a cupboard and a bathroom. in the new housing there is plenty of storage facilities so no one has to worry about where to keep their luggage. the hostels have a pantry with a common fridge and microwave. you can also bring an induction to satisfy the midnight Maggi cravings but apart from that there are 5 mess which serve Indian, continental and Chinese food everyday provided by Sodexo. there is also a food court serving dominoes, subway, Moti mahal, bercos, Punjab grill, keventers till 1 am! and if youre still craving food junk at 2 am - Amul, Chai Tapri, Juice shop, Nescafe, Juices n More, Cafe Coffee Day would serve you hot burgers made from love. we also have a convenience store to provide for you any essential someone would require. 24/7 working pharmacy is also available.it is like a small world where one can find education and peace in the big fat world.
