Remarks

So overall the college iis good and you can have a pretty good placement after the completion of the course. So if you intend or select MAIT to have your graduation then you haven't made a bad choice.

Entrance Preview

I opted for IIT JEE, CET for IPU. I scored 1000 rank in the extended merit list of IIT JEE and rank 786 in CET for IPU. I went as per the feedback from the passed out students that MAIT is a good college for placements and as I was eligible to get any seats so opted MAIT as the final choice

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Electronics course curriculum is a bit tougher on the scale but for students who have an interest and tends to electronic skills can go for the course. Marks always matter but remember to enjoy what you learn and its real time applications. Its fun to play with instruments and learn new things related to the electronics gadgets and trending technology.

Internships Opportunities

There is no college internship available and you have to look for training/internship facility outside the college. Its not that much difficult as you can have many paid trainings in well known organizations like AIR, MTNL, BSNL, DRDO etc.

Placement Experience

4.5

Overall placements are on the higher scale of being best. Many companies such as INFOSYS, WIPRO, TCS, L&T, Indian Army, ThoughtWorks, Samsung, CapGemini etc come for oncampus and pool placements here. You would get a decent package from 2.8LPA to 7LPA.

College Events

4

Annual functions and other cultural events are continuously celebrated in the college campus. You can get opportunities to participate and volunteer for different events which will help you in gaining event management experiences. Its fun to involve in such events which will let you meet other students and people, to increase friend circle and to help out in mingling up with juniors and seniors.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is a bit expensive as compared to other Institutions but it can be managed by study loan. So it won't affect the financial condition of the lower middle class families.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships can be earned from the CBSE if you have scored more than 85% in the 12th CBSE exam. Otherwise you can get scholarships based on your financial facilities.

Campus Life

3

Lab facilities are there in the campus and you can have each and every instrument at your bench while performing experiment. So there are many competitions as well in the campus area for robotics and other cultural events.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I haven't stayed in the hostel as I was a daily scholar but what I have heard from the seniors is that the hostel facility is good and food is also upto the mark. Otherwise there are many PGs and rent flats available nearby the campus which can make the stay at ease.

Alumni/Alumna

There are communities and contacts given in the MAIT's website to get in touch with the alumnis and the seniors of the college. And its all about the relationships with your seniors and the social circle you have.

Exam Structure

Exam are conducted half-yearly (2 semester per year) and each semester have their internal exams which have their own wheightage in the final marks. So everyone has to perform well in both the internal exams and the external semester exams.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty of the college is well experienced and many of them have published their own books on the subjects they expertise in. Some faculties are senior passed out students from the same college and will make you learn many things which can't be taught in a lecture. So its fun to learn from the available faculty in college.

The newer curriculum is specialised for AI and ML, and other newer requirements. However the overall quality can be improved. Some subjects are redundant, however overall the college is moving ahead with the trends

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course cirriculum of MAIT a 8/10 as cirriculum is desgined by GGSIPU and its is well balanced with theroytical and practical knowlegde for the students. every semester you have 5 practical subject and 5 theory stubject and 1 additional subject for growth as person in corporate work. the syllabus is fairly good as thats not difficult if you pay attention in class you can score good grade in the semester. each semester usually has interal exam and then external exam which held in other colleges of GGSIPU. overall, the cirriculum is good, relevant, and career oriented.
