Remarks

The college management is exceptionally good. The desires and needs are heard and there is a proactive management in place.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Medicine is of course a challenging branch. It consists of 5 years of studies starting from basics of Anatomy Physiology and Biochemistry till the Clinical Subjects in Year 3 and Year 4. We learn via practical approach and observe patients on a day to day basis from year 2 onwards.

Placement Experience

3.5

Our 4. 5 years study is followed by an year of internship. There is no campus placement in MBBS anywhere in India.

College Events

3.5

Our college hosts a multitude of events. Starting from our big fest Ecstasy which has guest artists like Sonu Nigam and many more. This is a 5 day grand event. Apart from the major fests we have cultural and educational events. These happen all year round.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our fee structure is a one time admission fees of 1000 rupees. Followed by 4500 rupees every 6 months or every semester. Apart from that we have no other fees. The fees is indeed very feasible. Yes the college gives us a complete transparency in fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided to economically weaker students who cannot afford the fees. I didn't personally opt for any scholarships. We have to contact the Students Section of the college for further information.

Campus Life

4

There is a very healthey gender ratio which almost 1:1 ratio for boys and girls. Economic statuses vary. Extracurricular opportunities are pretty decent. However more events can always be organized. Sports facilities have improved drastically over the last few months.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

No. I personally did not opt for hostel. However there are more than enough hostel seats in our college. They are adequate and comfortable enough. The hostel fees are almost negligible. I live in a PG nearby to the college and I give a monthly charge of 4000 rupees.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are our biggest support and help throughout the course. The seniors are very helpful and help us in every walk of college life. Alumni network exists in our college and interaction with them is always fruitful.

Admission

I appeared for NEET 2017 and Got an AIR of 3142. Got selected via AIQ counseling 2nd round in month of July. Started college in August. The counseling process is completely transparent and held through a national site. The students are allotted colleges and they have to report likewise.

Faculty

5

Our teachers are adequate in number. We have enough faculty for all departments. We have teachers who are both experienced and new PG teachers who have just joined. The teachers are all doctors and they have hands on experience over every aspect of medicine.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite well maintained till 3rd year but the final year syllabus is too vast to complete within 1 year. I feel duration has to be increased a bit. The process of acquiring knowledge entirely depends on the individual pursuing this course as there is no spoonfeeding as in other courses.

Placement Experience:

If you can pass the exam that is very tough to pass if you're not serious at all, you'll be able enough to get into any nursing home or you can start treating people staring your own clinic. After 4.5 years you get the internship program that is mandatory to do for all where you get a salary of 32000 per month which is highest among all states . If you manage to be in the top 100 students of the batch of 250 you get one year job in the same hospital with a fees of 50000 and just 48 hours duty per week. If you do nursing home you can get around 70-90k per month based on how much you spent time on work .
