Remarks

No bad comments in my point of view about this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It's a very good and renown college. Course and curriculum were the same Gujarat Technological University during my batch but now it's a private university they might have their own course and curriculum. Industrial visits are organised yearly and we have visited Makson company.

Placement Experience

2.5

TCS and I did not get placement from college. Not more than 3 companies are coming to the IT department.

College Events

2.5

Techfest all other all festival and cultural events are celebrated here. Advait 2015 is the one I loved the most. Teacher's day, Navratri, Diwali and all other festivals events are celebrated here every year. All other co-curricular activities are also celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's approx the same as other colleges in the state. As currently, it's private university fee structure might be changed and different from the past when the college was under GTU. Exam fees might be extra and collected months before the exam and not included in yearly fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a TFW scheme by Gujarat Government and there are few seats in this college (during 2013). There may be other schemes according to the Government of Gujarat.

Campus Life

3.5

Labs are good and the gender ratio is 60 percent boys and 40 percent girls. Robotics and other labs were good and also robotics event is organised annually. Other various competitions also take place yearly here and I have also participated in them during my college time.

Alumni/Alumna

It has not affected much in my experience. And there is less interaction between the alumni and current students.

Admission

I got admission here after completing my diploma. There is an ACPC committee in Gujarat Government that handles all these admission processes in Gujarat. We need to apply online and select colleges of our choice and they will give us the merit list. You can find details easily on the college website.

Faculty

3.5

Yes, all faculties are relevant and lectures are conducted regularly and there are 4/5 lectures a day and when there is Lab session there are 3 /4 lectures and a 2 hours laboratory session. The expertise level was good and I was satisfied with it. Labs have all system requirements and are useful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did write the course curriculum and Indus university as good and relevant. Overall I chose this course because it has strong fundamentals project work and practical exposure. The curriculum prepares students well for real-world applications and internships, Though it could include more advanced tech technologies and industry certifications exams are regular, each semester and moderate, challenging, encouraging consistent study, but sometimes could be more practical oriented.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and covers all the basic and important subjects related to the field. This course includes both theoretical and practical subjects which influenced my decision to choose it. The syllabus helps in building strong fundamentals, but it is still more theory-oriented and less industry-focused. It prepares students for exams and higher studies, but for real-world skills, students need to do extra courses and self-practice. The exams are conducted every semester along with internal tests and are moderate in difficulty level. If a student studies regularly, the exams are not very difficult to clear. The curriculum should be updated more frequently and more practical, project-based and industry-related topics should be added.
